Job Description


As a Junior Designer you will be responsible for assisting the Product Designer creating the most fashionable Mama collections in the market. We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for ladieswear fashion & trends. You will be designing womenswear multi product categories across wovens & denim. Together with the rest of the team, you will be involved in developing the collections sold worldwide in all the H&M markets and our omni channels.This is a full-time permanent position based in Stockholm to start asap.




Qualifications


We believe that you as a person are driven, creative and have a genuine passion for ladieswear both from a commercial and aspirational standpoint. Creating a new, clear and current assortment that our customer wants requires high energy, creativity and a fully global fashion perspective
BA degree in Fashion Design or a minimum of 1-2 years work experience as a Junior Designer
Is creative and visionary with a passion for ladieswear fashion & trends
Understands the H&M target customer
Has good skills in collection and color coordination as well as in visual communication
Has knowledge of pattern making, sewing and textile materials
Good knowledge and high speed in Adobe Suite programs
Are a team player with good communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with constant changes
Is driven and used to take own initiatives
Is fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
CLO 3D competence is highly meriting

We would like see work that shows your creative aspirational side and also an eye for commercial fashion trends for the H&M Womens customer.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Stockholm to start asap and you will report to the Section Head.
