Junior Finance Asisstant

Precis is a digital marketing and data analytics agency with eight offices across the Nordics and the UK. We are now looking for two junior finance assistants, one located in Stockholm and one located in Copenhagen or Aarhus, to team up with us to define the next generation digital marketing agency.
You will work closely with our Finance team and our accounting department. You will play an important part in building and developing our finance processes. We believe this role is suited for someone who has some work experience in accounting and is used to working closely with the organisation. You will be given an opportunity to grow with your tasks and take on more responsibility with time. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing incoming invoices for approval, ensuring costs are booked correctly.
Managing reimbursements according to legislation.
Managing overdue client invoices including early warnings reports.
Supporting the finance department with reporting monthly statements.
Taking ownership of the local office accounting and making sure it follows our internal procedures and reporting.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
+1 years experience within accounting. Preferably from services, technology or digital marketing related organisations.
Financial and accounting background, including a basic understanding of PnL, balance sheet and Swedish/Danish accounting regulations.
Passion for and experience of working with projects within financial sustainability and optimisation.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
