Junior Finance HR Process Specialist

Are you newly graduated, in the beginning of your career, have an interest in HR processes and want to work in the roll-out of a global financial system? Look no further!
AFRY is currently undergoing substantial changes regarding the IT environment. Old and slow solutions are replaced with modern software with more capability and finesse. One very important upgrade is that of the ERP-system. The focus of this position is on the "Time and Travel & Expense" reporting process development and roll-outs.
You will work as part of a multinational team located in various countries across the AFRY group, being heavily involved in the HR process. Focus will be on the development of the above-mentioned financial system and the associated roll-out.
Your key responsibilities will be to:

Develop the global Time- and Travel & Expanse reporting processes together with Global Process Owner.
Collect and analyze local HR and Travel & Expense reporting requirements
Prepare test plans and actively participate in testing
Produce training materials and train users
Participate in global roll-outs of the new ERP-system and SAP Concur
Act as Global System Administrator of SAP Concur expense management system.
Work on harmonizing processes related to the financial system environment


Who are you?
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a bachelor's degree in HR or in a related field.
We think that you are in the beginning of your career and don't expect you to have gathered vast amounts of experience. You do however have a deep general understanding of HR processes such as employee administration, payroll, compensation and benefits. Some experience from working within HR is expected. A general understanding of Finance/Accounting is also an advantage.
You need to have excellent communication skills, both speaking and writing English fluently. Speaking and writing Swedish is meritorious.
As a person you are service-minded and like to handle potential issues before they happen, working in a proactive way. You have the possibility to see both the big picture and at the same time understand how one small change can have a huge impact.
A certain level of confidence will be required and working with several teams on multiple locations is something that you look forward to. Since the teams will be spread geographically, you will work with different cultures and need to show understanding of their respective needs.
