About the position
We are now expanding our near mine Exploration team with Junior Geologists that will have a focus on our iron ore deposits. The Exploration department is in an expansive phase with responsibilities in exploration in our underground mines and open pits and their close surroundings in Malmberget, Kiruna and Svappavaara, as well as green field exploration.

Your qualifications
We are looking for a Junior Geologist with a B.Sc. or higher and preferably 1 to 3 years of experience within exploration, mining or project development. Knowledge of common software such as Leapfrog and Vulcan is beneficial.

As a person you should be responsible and driven, but also percipient and flexible. The position includes a lot of collaboration with others both within and outside the company, so good collaboration skills are essential.
A Driving license is a requirement for the position. You speak and write English fluently. It´s a plus if you speak and write Swedish, but if not, we want you to be eager to learn.
You will be based in Kiruna or Malmberget, close to the mining operation and city of Kiruna / Gällivare, situated in Swedish Lapland above the Arctic Circle.
