Junior Grower Ljusgårda

Ljusgårda is a vertical farm using controlled environmental agriculture to grow lettuce in the most optimal conditions. With the newest technology in modern agriculture, re-circulating hydroponic systems and with a large-scale industrial approach - Ljusgårda is changing the way we farm, enabling locally grown lettuce to thousands of homes every day, using zero pesticides. We are currently growing in Solgården, our first facility of 7000 sqm and we are already building our second large scale facility of 18 000 sqm with the purpose of expanding our product range and increasing yields.

You will be a part of our team of modern farmers. Your responsibility is to make sure that every plant gets the optimal conditions to grow as big and healthy as possible. And together with the team you control our complete ecosystem with all parameters that affects the plants. Example of daily tasks would be monitoring and plant inspection, IPM and quality controls, manage your own growing zones and being responsible for parts of the ecosystem.

As a Junior Grower you have a relevant education or diploma in either agriculture or horticulture and/or working experience in any related area. As a person you enjoy working in a team, are ambitious and ready to challenge yourself. Most important, you are eager to learn and expand your knowledge in modern farming and cultivating. You will work full time on site in Tibro.
