Junior HR Business Partner
We are looking for a HR Business Partner with deep HR knowledge to strengthen our HR function.
For the past couple of years, Kivra has gone through a very growth oriented phase. We have been growing our service with new product launches such as digital receipts and vaccine certificates. Moreover, we have been growing our digital mail service with tens of thousands of new senders, and our service is now used by more than 5 million people in Sweden!
The people function has, and will continue to play an important role in supporting the continuous growth of Kivra. Therefore, we’re strengthening our team with a Junior HR Business partner. You will be part of a team consisting of two TA specialists and report directly to the HR Manager.
What you’ll do
You will contribute both on a strategic level as well as hands-on, to cultivate an innovative, caring and sustainable culture within a growing fast-paced organization. You will be the HR specialist supporting Kivra’s CTO and her managers with their day to day questions and support the HR life cycle of processes as performance management, salary review, employee engagements, exit talks, company culture etc.
Moreover, you will support our two TA Specialists with full cycle recruitment, with emphasis on nurturing our talent pipeline and talent pool. You will partner up with your colleagues and hiring managers to assist and support in end to end recruitment. This means screening applications and conducting sourcing of candidates, coordinating interviews, writing job ads, making reference checks and drawing up contracts.
We always strive to improve our ways of working and we expect you to take part in supporting and building a scalable and sustainable recruitment process. We will train you properly, and once you’ve gotten up to speed we expect you to challenge old truths and find new ways of attracting talent.
We think that you
We think that you have served as an HR specialist or HRBP for a couple of years and also have previous experience of tech recruitment both within Sweden as well as abroad.

You have strong communication skills and have no problem in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization. You are service minded and understand the importance of a good candidate experience.
Furthermore you are well organized, well structured and have the ability to work independently. You will communicate in English on a daily basis so we expect you to be fluent, both written and orally.
