Hays seeks junior HR manager to International company within Retail You will work together with the International HR Manager with overall responsibility for all HR policies and practices for store and office staff in the Nordic region.This involves as main responsibilities: . Adapting the companies HR policies to local legislation . Establish HR principles in terms of compensation levels, working days and paid holidays, staffing, recruiting and training systems, etc.. Organisation of new openings in terms of recruiting and training all new staff . Coordination of training programmes together with Central Training Department for store managers . Supporting and training store managers in all HR aspects: recruiting, staff organisation (time tables), people management . Analysing training needs and adapting and executing the group training and development programmes for store staff . Liaise with HR central department to order HR products and tools and analyse specific needs . Transmitting the companies values and culture in people management . Follow up the use of internal communication tools and help to detect communication needs . Labour relations, management and safety queries Qualifications . A minimum of 5 years experience in a generalist HR position and a maximum of 3 years in a HR manager role . Expert in local labour legislation and HR practices . Experience in implementing and adapting European HR policies in local business . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written .Experience from a company within retail or wholesale is beneficial . Experience from a Nordic HR aspect is beneficial .
