What will you do?
As Junior HR Specialist your main focus is to act as a support function to the HR departments in all day-to-day HR matters to enable the organisation to run effectively. You will support our regions, that manage the local HR operation, and make sure that they have the information and support they need in creating the best employee experience. Your role will also include onboarding of new employees, communication to our people as well as making sure that the data in our HR systems is up to date.

Key responsibilities:


• Challenge and inspire the present organisation with new ideas ways of working
• Supporting the Learning & Development process
• First point of contact for the regions in HR matters
• Create, own and develop an attractive people information platform
• In cooperation with Communications and Transformation develop ways of reaching out to our employees in the most efficient way
• Safeguard and coordinate procedures, policies and systems and make sure that they are up to date and well-known

The must-have’s:


• Bachelor in Human Resources or equivalent, you probably graduated recently
• A broad interest in the field of HR, open to working in very different areas
• Very comfortable in communicating in English and have experience from living in a English speaking country
• Experience from the service/hospitality industry
