We are hiring a Junior HR Specialist to join the team at Grids & Power Quality Solutions in Västerås, Sweden. In this role you will work with both operational and strategic tasks while partnering with hiring managers and employees. You will be supporting with day-to-day questions and support the HR life cycle of processes. You will report directly to the HR Business Partner at Grids & Power Quality Solution and collaborate with other HR-colleagues in the company.
The current role is temporary with opportunity for a more permanent role.

Your responsibilities
Partner with managers and employees to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies
Work closely with the HRBP to continually review our processes and ways of working to support continuous improvement
Prepare HR reports, statistics, and work with keeping the HR processes structured and updated
Take ownership of specific projects or initiatives as directed by the HRBP
Support new hire and termination processes ensuring managers comply with company requirements to include new employee orientation and on-boarding
Give support and educate the managers in our HR systems, for e.g. Workday
Execute HR admin & system tasks related to all people processes
Manage a variety of ad-hoc tasks that might appear in different situations and needs to be resolved
Your background
You have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent
You have a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
You are well organized and have the ability to work independently
Comfortable with digital technology and solutions supporting HR processes (e.g. Workday)
You will communicate in English and Swedish on a daily basis, so we expect you to be fluent, both written and orally
Experience and interest in administration is an advantage in this position
