Junior HR strategist

We are now looking for an experienced HR strategist for an immediate consulting assignment. In this role, you strengthen the personnel office and work to develop the company's HR processes. You will work with issues within work environment and work adaptation, health promotion work and equal treatment. The role also includes supporting managers and colleagues in recruitment and in matters concerning the employer brand. You will also handle labor law issues and participate in trade union negotiations. The assignment extends over 6 months with a chance of extension thereafter. The work is located during the day on weekdays and you will work in the office in Göteborg /Borås. As a person, you are structured, thorough and communicatively good. You collaborate both happily and well with your colleagues and you have the ability to drive your own work forward in a successful way.
