Junior Hybrid UX Designer
As Product Design, you are responsible for applying the appropriate visual and functional skills to articulate brand and value propositions into product design concepts as well as through to the implementation of final solutions for global and local brands as part of orchestrated 360 degree brand experiences.
Key Activities:
In different projects – often several in parallel – collaborate in teams consisting of a mix of different disciplines, to co-define specs, designs, layouts, prototypes and details.
Collaborate with Software Developers and App Developers around prototypes and implementation.
Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
Create and implement designs, screen layouts, user interface elements, icons, color palettes and graphic assets following patterns and specifications already in place in our Design System.
Create presentations and present deliverables to the team and stakeholders both in person and in video conferences

Basic Qualification:
It’s advantageous if you from work or studies have experience from various areas of design. Breadth is always good.
It’s relevant with experience from working with coherent User Experiences across various touch points. Eco-system thinking.
It’s valuable to have experience from different interface- and interaction design contexts and platforms.
It’s positive if you have experience from designing in the field of Domestic Appliances.

Expectations:
An academic degree and/or program: Focusing in the field of User Experience (UX), Interaction Design (IxD), Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or other relevant area.
It's naturally always a plus with experience from working professionally with UX and/or Interaction/Visual/ Graphic Design.
