Junior Initiative Analyst in Supply Chain for P&G!

This is a 9-month consultancy opportunity (fulltime) starting in the beginning of January, with a possibility for extension. The office is located in Stockholm.

Role description:

 

This role is within the initiative planning team as a conversion analyst with focus on executing tasks related to new product launches and product changes. The role means working a lot within SAP and with Excel, ensuring master data is updated and initiative readiness of new launches. The role has two different parts to it – one is actively involved in the daily order cycle meaning the mornings are focused on making sure problems related to initiatives runs smoothly. The afternoons are focused on making sure new initiatives are setup correctly for coming initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities are for example:
• Updating product launches and product changes in SAP
• Making sure that client companies get the updated info to their reports
• Assisting in analysis in different areas
• Communicating internally regarding product launches
• Managing technical standards in P&G systems.

Qualifications:

We´d like it if you are collaborative, have good social skills and that you have an analytical mindset. The role suits a person who enjoys working with data across different systems well.

 

Skills needed:
• Working independently and with discipline
• Good MS Excel skills
• Being used to a fast-paced working environment
• Collaborative
• SAP experience or other ERP system is a strong merit but not a requirement.
• Fluent in English. Swedish is a plus
• Fast learner and strong sense of ownership.
