About the position
Perido is looking for a Junior Internal Auditor to our client Samsung, their goal is to devote the company’s talent and technology to create superior products and services that contributes to a better global society. In order to achieve this, they set a high value on their staff and technologies. You will be based at their office in Kista, just outside Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
Here you’ll work with maintaining efficient systems and correct business procedures and processes based on Workflow and the Global Policies and Procedures Manual (GPPM). Internal audit and system admin will be your main responsibilities, but you also support with audit related tasks and routines. The role requires a lot of collaboration with a wide array of persons, such as managers, process -leaders and – owners, etc. To be more specific, this is what the role will be about:
Maintain and support users as a system administrator
Conduct routine and periodic audits in invoices, payments, evidence and sales deduction or approvals
Monitor workflows and processes and investigate and report errors or irregularities
Revise and update policy documents in GPPM in collaboration with process owners. Support periodic audits to communicate and review documents and evidence
Ad hoc and report upon request by the Manager

Your analytical skills and how you manage problems will be key features for this role and you have a good understanding of business processes, systems and data. Requirements
+ 2 years of experience as Business Administrative Assistant or similar
+ 2 years of experience as full time within system / process development or internal audit preferably in a global company
Full knowledge in at least one job area such as Finance, MIS or Sales and so on
University degree or higher in Business Administration
Good M/S Office skills especially in Excel at an advanced level
Experienced in system and process development project
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English (Swedish not required)

Meritorious
SAP ERP experience or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is a big plus.

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until further notice. Start 21/3.
