Junior IT Analyst for a Global FMCG Company

MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

This is a 3 months consultancy opportunity starting asap, with a possibility for extension. You can work 50% – 100% and the office is located in Stockholm, but you can work fully remotely. We accept applications if you’re located anywhere in the Nordics.

 

Role description: As the company is transitioning to Power BI as a reporting tool for data, they now need support in the project: structuring data in a correct way and designing reporting pages. You’ll be working with different stakeholders to understand how they want the design.

They have an IT analyst currently working with this - your main job will be to assist this person. If you have the interest it’s also possible for you to take part in analyzing data.

You will be working with:

Building/admin of Power BI reports
Programming of KNIME workflows
Supporting other company IT tools/processes
Business analysis
 

Qualifications:  We’d like if you are collaborative, have good social skills and that you’re a fast learner. In addition, you should have:

Experience building and designing Power BI reports
University degree from relevant field is an advantage.
Fluency in English (Swedish or other Nordic language is a merit)
It’s a merit if you know some programming languages.
