JUNIOR IT COORDINATOR - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Junior IT Coordinator with role that involves being a management manager with a focus on management where the mission is to support management leaders IT and product owners to lead activities for effective progress for some of the company's most central applications.
What you'll do:
● Coordinate and secure the management object's daily production activities, LCM management and follow-up.
● Ensure effective management of Incident, Problem and Change related to the management object.
● If necessary, enter into and operate deliveries regarding the management object, and participate in planning activities of the management object.
● Interaction with other management objects and its stakeholders along with permission management.
● Responsible as a Product Owner for a smaller team and participate in SAFe transformation work.
● Working with case management in order systems and to plan, lead and follow up activities that contribute to stable operations.
Who you are:
● Candidate should possess experience of working in an outsourced environment, and knowledge of the processes Incident, Problem and Change according to ITIL.
● Knowledge of the PM3 management model, and experience in IT management.
● Possess experience of agile working methods, preferably SAFe with merit to be given if you have been part of an Agile transformation.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish and English language.
● Structured, have good analytical skills and an understanding of complex flows and dependency relationships.
