We primarily use Java and build our solutions around various search engines such as Solr and Elasticsearch. We also focus on delivering solutions in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.

About the role

We are now looking for a junior java developer within findability where you will quickly develop into an expert in search with the help and support from colleagues. You will work in small teams with colleagues from Findwise and get to create business value by making data and information accessible, user-friendly, and valuable for different clients, both at large and small, as well as in various industries.

We are looking for someone that likes system architecture and system design and is passionate about creating ingenious solutions to interesting problems. You like to keep track of technological trends and want to challenge yourself, colleagues, and customers with innovative solutions and new technology. You also like to drive and coordinate technical decisions and enjoy coaching, supporting, and giving technical advice as it would be an important part of the role. Furthermore, you are driven by both leading and being part of a team and you have experience of working according to agile principles. You have good pedagogical skills and are able to communicate and convey knowledge on both strategic and operational levels.



To succeed in this role, you should have;

- You probably have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- You have 1-2 years of work experience with weight on the back-end and the Java platform
- You are comfortable in Swedish and the English language, both written and spoken
