Junior Lawyer Recap Energy

Recap Energy is looking for a lawyer at the beginning of the professional career to be part of our team in Sweden. This position offers a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a business sector driving the global sustainable energy transition.
We are looking for a profile that meets the following requirements:
• Swedish law degree.
• Basic knowledge of drafting and contract preparations regarding for example NDAs, leases, business collaboration agreements and service contracts.
• Basic knowledge in due diligence procedures for the acquisition of projects or companies.
• Ability to handle contacts with clients and partners.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a merit.
Required Personal Qualities:
• High degree of responsibility.
• Accustomed to working with objectives.
• Proactive attitude.
• Sense of business and commercial approach.
• Excellent organization and management skills.
• Office location is Stockholm with possibility for hybrid work. Expected requirement is 2 to 3 days a week in the office.
