We are currently looking for our next talent to join our team as Junior Manufacturing Controller in Älvsjö. As a Junior Manufacturing Controller, you will oversee the financial activities of manufacturing including actual, rolling forecast and budget. You will also manage the process costing for the line, product and project, variance analysis, capital expenditure and KPI management. In the position as Junior Manufacturing Controller you will join a team of diverse and driven people, who supports and encourage each other, and enjoys to have fun!
Main responsibilities:
You will need to complete monthly regional closing in co-ordination with several entities as well as recording the project related accounting entries by collecting information from various systems, documents and in co-ordination with customer service and project managers
Prepare Manufacturing consolidated reporting (P&L, inventory, headcount, allocation to areas and product lines…) and analyses
You will oversee inventory management for factories to identify opportunities to control cost or liquidate damages
You will be a key asset in audits and communicate internally and externally with stakeholders
You will anticipate issues and initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system
You will review the investment of the Älvsjö and Gothenburg facilities to re-deploy idle, obsolete or old model assets
Ensure accuracy of manufacturing financial information reported
Work with product lines/areas controllers on different topics (tenders, Capex, cost reduction programs ...)

Desired experience & skills:
To succeed at this job, you must have a strong knowledge of financial analysis, business acumen and demonstrated leadership abilities
You also need to be analytical, detailed oriented, accurate with a sense of urgency as well as able to work to tight deadlines or under pressure
We would like someone to join our team who is a self-motivated team player who thrives on challenges, proactive, independent with the ability to be hands-on and a strong communicator
You must have a Degree in Finance or a related field
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
You must be fluent in Swedish and English
