Junior Marketing Assistant

Selahatin is looking for a part time junior marketing assistant (50%). Main tasks involve helping out with social media posts, answering incoming requests and administrating marketing send outs. The role also includes contact with our partners in different countries. Proficiency in English is key and proficiency in Russian is preferred.
Main responsibilities:
Social media administration (answering DMs, reposting content pieces)
Making sure posts in SoMe are posted according content plan (no post creation involved)
Collect and send out marketing materials
Track shipments of PR send outs to external partners
Make send outs to influencers
Follow up with influencers in terms of posting after send outs are received
Monitor mentions of the brand in SoMe
Help with communication with distributors (including Russia, China, Canada)



Main requirements:
At least 6 months of marketing experience
Relevant education is a plus
Knowledge of basic tools such as Google Docs, Later.com and Google Analytics
Well-structured and self-organazied
Previous experience within beauty is a plus
Excellent knowledge of English and 2nd european language (preferably French), Russian is a big plus
