MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.
We are looking for a Junior Material Master Data Specialist to join our team in Stockholm.
ROLE The role will work within the teams managing the development of the EluxOne solution which is based on the SAP platform. The SAP EluxOne solution is covering all functional areas within the Business Commercial area such as Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics etc. The solution is rolled out to most European countries and recently in Latin America (Brazil)/North America (USA). Additional scope, both functional and geographical, is currently being rolled out.
The role is based in Stockholm, with colleagues in Stockholm and Krakow, Poland, and will be engaged on projects managed in different regions.
KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES The Junior Material Master Data Specialist is responsible for special material master maintenance, continuous optimization and support of the EluxOne Solution and connected landscape together with the business stakeholders. A close co-operation with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Manufacturing for supporting in the development in Material Master Data will be part of the role.
In addition the Junior Material Master Data Specialist will be involved in, or manage from IT side, various master data related projects and service requests/incidents as well as training and documentation of processes.
Following more detailed description of tasks:
Act as a gate keeper for material master data within the solution
Provide assistance and Support to business when specialist competence is needed
Drive and participate in various projects
Trouble shooting, Solves master data related issues (quality, integration, etc.)
Process and instruction documentation
Gather issues and demands for process improvement
Run improvement activities
Perform monthly quality measurement report
Perform material master data configuration
Perform data loads in a quality ensured manner
Follow up master data metrics
Monitor Material Master Data quality reports and initiate data clean-up opportunities
Ensure master data issues in the SAP implementation projects are handled
Actively build cross-functional and cross-competence collaboration within and outside the area of responsibility
Maintain personal skills at the highest level
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in any areas.
Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Action oriented, willingness to learn with can-do attitude.

Creative, structured, logical with a quality mind-set
Interest in leveraging the system for supporting the business process
