Junior Microsoft Cybersecurity Engineer

HOW WE WORK

We are now looking for a Junior Microsoft Cybersecurity Engineer to our Secops department and you will be offering a challenging and varied role. If you want to work with both Microsoft and security is this the right position for you.



You will be part of a team of six colleagues and work from our office in Stockholm. You will be working with The Support and management of Microsoft AIP, a service to help our customer to sustain, over time, a consistent Microsoft AIP environment. The objective of the team is to protect the customer and the affiliates’s Windows environment from leaking confidential information and file to nonautorized persons with the cloud base Microsoft AIP system by conducting preventative operations, administration and support.



As the role is new you will get a chance to influence your own tasks but some of the more hands-on job tasks will be:



- Analyse and troubleshoot errors and faults in the system to find out the issue and try to find a solution
- Proactive client version updates
- Support, per mail and phone
- Configuration
- Documentation
- Give presentations and holding workshops
- Actively create AIP procedures and “how to guides” for the customer to follow to solve issues regarding blocked files, access denied and the like
- Continuous improvement of the Service to meet future requirement

We prefer that you have experience in the following areas:

- Knowledge in Microsoft security solutions
- Knowledge in Azure and Active Directory
- Good knowledge in English




Additional experience we highly value:

- Knowledge in Cloud, Network, Information Protection, encryption and IAM
- Good knowledge in Swedish
