We are now looking for a part time Junior Office Manager to our expanding client. In this position you will be a part of a fast-paced enviroment with great variety, flexibility and personal responsibility. OM TJÄNSTEN
Our client is a tech company, that offers a commerce platform that helps fashion & lifestyle brands take on new markets and win global customers. Their corporate culture is characterized by a young mindset, creativity and the importance of having fun at work. They are now looking for an addition to their Stockholm office where you will work approximately 2-3 days per week (always Monday mornings). The position as Junior Office Manager offers good development opportunities and the possibility of taking on a full time position in the future.

You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. The assignment is long-term, starting immediately. This position will have a relatively flexible schedule but you need to be able to work on Monday mornings and preferably on Friday afternoons.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Junior Office Manager, you will have a key role by supporting the office with varied tasks and you are encouraged to take your own initiatives.

For example, you will...


* Support with ordering things needed at the office.
* Arranging breakfasts, afterworks etc.
* Contribute to a functional and representative office.
* Perform some administrative tasks.
* Take on more advanced tasks going forward.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- A student at post-secondary level with at least 1 year left of your studies.
- Good communication skills, English is a requirement while Swedish is a plus.
- You need to be able to work on Monday mornings and preferably on Friday afternoons.

* Start: Immediately.
* Extent: Part time, approximately 2 (sometimes 3) days a week. Your schedule is flexible, but Monday mornings will be constant.
* Location: Central, Stockholm City.
