Do you like working within complex data sets (customer and commercial) and are convinced that the commercial plan is a key element in the delivery of the overall customer strategy including customer acquisition, retention and profitability?

The Body Shop is recruiting a temporary Junior Omnichannel Manager for the Northern Europe market which includes Germany, Austria, Sweden and Denmark. You report directly to the Senior Omnichannel Manager for Northern Europe who is located in UK. This position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with the possibility for extension and your location will be either in Sweden, Germany or UK depending on your preference.


THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The Junior Omnichannel Manager is responsible for the analysis of market trading and customer acquisition across 3 channels (Retail, Ecomm, Wholesale) is customer-led and creative and will analyse performance within financial and customer goals.
You will support the preparation and assist with presenting the weekly and monthly trading packs alongside actively supporting the event planning and post-wrap up analysis and category focussed analysis to support peak trading
You are focused on doing what is right for the market strategy and provide data analysis and insight to the Senior Omni-Channel Manager
You will provide analysis and insights for the trading plan across all channels.
You will review performance in terms of under / over performance by new vs existing customers as a primary lens and as a person you are comfortable matching this up to product and category trends
You will evaluate promotion and discount mechanics in terms of impact on KPI's and support the collaboration with markets to plan and forecast sale periods to help alleviate excess and discontinued stock in the stores/online
You will take the lead on the Quarterly Sell In (NPDs) and Forecasting process for your cluster.
You will lead and develop one direct report



WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have:
2 + years’ experience in a Commercial, Merchandising or Omni-channel role
Preferable experience of working in Retail environment
Preferable experience of working in a Global team
Confident communicator with ability to cope with a fast paced and fast changing environment
Fluent in English
