We want to extend our team with a dedicated Junior operations manager to strengthen the operations team. You will work closely with the operations manager to maintain and update our operations processes.

This is the perfect opportunity to join an ambitious startup in the early days.

Some of the things you’ll do (but not exclusively)

- Assist in developing and maintaining the operations processes.

- Assist in developing a standardization of our maintenance processes, mostly our bike fleet.

- Create and/or implementation of our store processes and assist the store team



We believe that you have

- Bachelor degree or similar experience

- Work experiences of previous relevant experience in operations, sales operations, groceries industry.

- Must be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solver

- Highly proactive style of work

- Fluent in both oral and written English and Swedish

- Start date: As soon as possible.

- Extent: This is a full-time position.
