Position Summary

We are looking for a junior or senior Java programmer to help develop M3 test automation (TA).
M3 is our ERP software that helps customers around the globe to manage their business.
Test automation is the critical process that secure quality for our monthly-based delivery of M3 Cloud. Efficient test programs help us ensure that M3 always work properly and help us catch errors before they reach our customers. Those test programs are run every night to guarantee that our ERP meet highest quality requirements.
We started the exciting journey with TA a few years ago, today several thousand programs run daily, and that is just a start.
As a TA developer, you always work tight with a colleague in our team and discuss the M3 functionality and how the test program should work. You code in standard Java in our own framework. You analyze the requirement, design your code, implement, focus on increasing code coverage, and deliver efficient, readable, and maintainable code. You help and get help from other TA developers of different seniority.
We have a vision of learning by doing and therefore you will have a mentor who will help you get up to speed, and you are assigned tasks with increasing complexity in accordance with you increasing skills.
You will work in a team consisting of 9 talented colleagues with different genders from several nationalities. You will also work tight with our team in Manila. All together, we are in charge of developing and maintaining the M3 module dedicated to logistic, distribution, and transportation.
The location is in our office north of Stockholm (Kista) – no travel is required excepted for rare opportunities to other Infor offices.
You are proficient in English. Swedish is meriting.
If you know our ERP (M3) this is for sure a bonus.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
· Develop test programs in Java and test run them.
· Understand M3 functionalities by running them manually in the system
· Collaborate with business analysts and other TA programmers
· Join regular team meeting to review progress, plans and problems.
· Help analyze daily test runs if one of our test programs has failed in production
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
· Degree in programing
· Proficient English
· Java programing
· Good analysis skills
· Curiosity, accuracy, result oriented
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with test automation
· Bonus for skill in any ERP system, with a preference for M3
