Junior Part Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Part Specialist for an international company in Jonsered!

Assignment Description
For this position you will be working with the company and its stakeholders to develop the spare parts business. In mainly the areas i) Assortment, ii) Availability and iii) Sales/Merchandizing. The team consists of 5 people locates in the Jonsered- and Bulgarian site. This role demands that you have the ability to quickly understand new systems and master adminitrative work - since the work is partly to ensure that infromation in the system is correct related to pictures, spare part lists, updated IPL, right category, correct pricing and also support the sales companies when questions are asked.

Main tasks will be
Parts assortment management including phase-in and phase-out
Sign-off S-BOM and registration in PLM
Coordinate P&A data management including parts registration in REX and Pricing including Local List Price and TP
Set recommended part list and frequent parts
Initial demand and stocking requirements for parts
Together with Categories, ensure satisfactory fulfillment rate for parts


Desired skills
Relevant work experience connected to product infromation, assortment, sourcing, project management or admin
Able to understand new systems
Communicative and enyojs working with others
Mangage to work with several tasks with different stakeholders
Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement



This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Jonsered, 8 months assignment to begin with (with good possibility for extension). Please note starting date is ASAP!
