Job Description
As a Junior Partner Manager within the New Business Development team you are responsible to build and develop strong partnerships with curated and selected brands within interior design. You manage allocated brands/partners to make sure that set KPIs and business goals are met. It is your responsibility to set joint business plans with partners and make sure to align these with the Assortment, Internal Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you are the true link between our valuable external brands/partners and our online business.
Your responsibilities
Follow-up, analyze performance, identify opportunities to grow business and take actions accordingly
Overseeing appointed customer accounts, including negotiating prices and agreements to maximize profit
Secure partner budget and targets are met
Solve barriers of potential challenges both with partners and internally
Build strong client relationships through regular communication and deliver excellent customer experience
Report internally on the status of accounts
Working close with Assortment, Online Sales and EPS teams to drive selling
Constantly look for opportunities to grow our business with partners
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
Possibility to some recruitment of new partners, prospecting and evaluating readiness



Qualifications
As a person you are proactive in your approach and make things happen - a doer who does rather than sits and waits. You have excellent communication skills as well as being a true relationship builder with strong social skills. You are a self-motivator who is strongly driven by results and achieving difference. You thrive in an ever-changing environment and in a startup context. You like the fact that not all things are set and have no problem with seeking the best solution by yourself, as you are a problem solver used to navigate through complex organizations and business models.
Experience from B2B Sales/Account Management, preferably within the retail industry and Drop shipment
Digital/e-commerce understanding, including knowledge in drivers of online selling
Negotiation and analytical skills from previous roles and the ability to take actions based on your analysis
Capability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
Strong interest in partnerships, interior and online sales
A natural team-player with great ability to make things happen across divisions and roles
Used to navigate a complex landscape and embrace change
Full proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Experience from international interior industry is seen as a plus.


Additional information
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. The role includes occasional travels within Europe.
