As Junior Process Officer with Nordic language skills, you'll be working in an international back-office environment and play an essential role by securing and managing different processes towards the Nordic market. This is a great opportunity to increase your knowledge within the banking sector and collaborate with different stakeholders across Nordic countries and Poland.

What you'll be doing:
. Use your language skills to cope with Danish/Swedish/Finnish or Norwegian documents and systems
. Support back office banking processes (Banking Operations, Know Your Customer or FATCA-related, depending on the team you'll join)
. Streamlining processes according to the Lean methodology

Requirements:

Education:
Graduated from secondary school or university

Language:
Danish/Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian+ English

Required skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Willing to learn new tasks in a changing international environment.
Interest in working within financial industry.

Salary gross:
Your monthly payment contains: base salary + language allowance + relocation package.

Base salary: Min. 3000 PLN gross depending on the level of professional experience. Higher experience = higher base salary.

Language allowance: Max. 2000 PLN gross.

Relocation package: 2350 PLN gross or we will find you a flat and pay for all costs connected with this apartment.

Minimum monthly salary if you are Native is 3000+2000+2350 = 7350 PLN gross

Bonus! Each month you will get additional 260 PLN gross to be spend on MyBenefit platform for benefits you wish to have. We also pay for plane tickets and take care of you in Poland. If you want, we will help you to find a flat!

Social benefits: co-financed sport card, social events, private medical care, lunch pass etc.b training.
