Would you like to be a part of financial crime prevention area? We are now looking for a Junior Process Officer/Process Officer with Nordic language skills to support KYC Services department in efforts to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and tax evasion.

About this opportunity

Welcome to KYC Services PeB unit. We add value by performing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) related due diligence on existing customers on behalf of Personal Banking (PeB). As the Junior Process Officer/Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in identifying and preventing financial crime.

What you’ll be doing:
* Analysing and assessing risk factors of Nordea’s customers
* Working on the basis of international legislations and tax laws
* Meeting assigned service deliveries according to customers’ needs
* Contributing to improvement of quality and efficiency of assigned tasks

You’ll join a team with English speaking environment, focused on personal development and team work. The role is based in Łódź; Gdańsk; Warszawa.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have the ability to make independent decisions
* Have analytical mindset
* Have English skills on a communicative level - B2 minimum
* Have Swedish, Norwegian or Danish language skills on C1/C2 level

Your experience and background: 
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel will be an asset
* Knowledge of the KYC area will be an asset
