What you will do


As Junior Procurement Manager, you will work closely with the business/contract owner throughout the procurement process. You will be the go-to person for procurement-related issues, supporting negotiation in both existing and new markets and contributing to business enablement.
Day to day will see you
Support and guide contract owners at all stages of the procurement and outsourcing process.
Help contract owners across the organization identify supplier risks and propose appropriate measures to mitigate them.
Be the single point of contact to whom contract owners can turn with questions related to the procurement process.
In collaboration with contract owners, drive procurement value through methods that include competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and analysis of data and market trends.
Drive or support continuous improvements of the procurement process and related tools.

You should have
+2 years experience of working with procurement in a regulated environment or financial services industry, and/or experience working for a technology company or within e-commerce.
Experience in commercial agreements.
Developed negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
Business judgment, and organizational skills.
Process management skills
A degree from a university in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Science, Engineering, or Business).
High proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
You’re confident in your abilities and skills enough to build trust with teams and leadership across several countries.

You might also have
The ability to read and understand legal requirements and know how to apply such to strategies, structures, and processes that foster compliance.
Experience from working with financial services regulated by the European Banking Association and the Swedish Financial Services Authority (SFSA).
Experience working with regulatory outsourcing.
CIPS, ISM, APICS certified or equivalent.
