Junior Product Manager - Acquisition

FirstVet is the first truly digital veterinary clinic. We let pet owners meet with licensed veterinarians via their mobile or computer. Our solution contributes to a more balanced and better functioning care process for all parties. By providing a first point of contact for all pet owners FirstVet makes pet care more available, more efficient, and more qualitative.
The role
We are looking for a Junior product manager with solid knowledge of marketing strategy to join our Acquisition team. You will work in the team responsible for our website, firstvet.com, which includes everything that happens to our customers outside of our virtual clinic. As part of this, you will work side by side with marketing to accelerate our acquisition of customers and retention of customers across all verticals. This includes SEO, SEM, tracking, content, retention and cross-sell.
We are a remote-first team with a headquarters in Stockholm. You will work with your international team to drive our worldwide product vision and product. You will have a lot of international contacts with our different country organizations to best ensure continuous growth in all our markets.

Build the growth levers that will accelerate and deepen our relationship with customers. You will build the product growth strategy that helps customers understand our value proposition and stay engaged with our ecosystem of services.



Your responsibilities:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for acquisition of new pet parents globally across Web, iOS, and Android.
Understand and improve the effectiveness of the different channels available to us, including SEO, SEM, CRM, messaging, and other campaigns.
Work with our data science and user research teams to identify key growth opportunities, and translate those insights into hypotheses, tests, and features that can improve the product.
Represent and support our marketing team to ensure we are able to bring our brand into our product, and that our customers understand the value we offer.
Build strong, collaborative relationships across design, engineering, and marketing to help coordinate efforts and drive adoption and usage.
Work with the wider Product and Tech leadership team to shape overall product strategy.



The person we are looking for has:
1+ years as a product manager in a high performing, growth oriented, and cross-functional team in an agile environment, preferably towards B2C
Are analytically skilled, data driven, and feel comfortable to track and manage KPIs, enjoy working with large amounts of data and have a demonstrated ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings
A customer-centric approach with a good understanding of UX design principles and familiarity using research, analytics and experimentation to guide decision making
Experience conducting A/B testing and funnel optimization techniques
It is considered a plus if you have previous experience working on growth, onboarding or acquisition
Full professional proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills



Apart from the above-mentioned requirements, it goes without saying that an interest in animals is highly desirable. We’re a pet-oriented organization and it’s not unusual to run into our office dogs 🐶 or for a cat 🐱 to join our video calls!
