Junior Production Controller, Design &Production

Acne Studios is a Swedish based fashion company with a global reach that sells its products through 650 retailers in more than 40 countries and more than 30 concept stores located in Paris, London, New York, Tokyo, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, among others. It is a fast growing company with a yearly turnover of roughly 100 MEUR. The headquarter is located in the Old Town in Stockholm, and employs around 100 people. Apart from the Stockholm office, Acne Studios operates offices in Paris, New York, London, Oslo and Copenhagen.


JOB DESCRIPTION
Acne Studios is growing and we therefore need to strengthen our Design & Production department with a Junior Production Controller.

In this position you will be working closely with our product developers, but also interacting with many of the other departments within the company.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Financial analysis and business controlling
- Budget follow-up and cost analysis
- Managing and developing the invoicing process from the Production department
- Supporting order placement process
- Compiling various weekly and monthly reports
- Other types of business evaluations and calculations
- Proactive work to continually develop our systems
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to design & production department


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in business administration, engineering or similar
- At least 1 year of working experience as a controller
- Experience from retail and/or fashion is a plus
- Experience from Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediusFlow and/or various product data management systems is also a merit
- Strong planning, organizational, social and problem solving skills
- Talented with numbers
- Very strong Excel skills
- Attentive to detail
- Passionate about fashion in general and Acne?s products and brand in particular
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Swedish
