The position
With content like Premier League, NHL, UFC, Formula 1 and winter sports, we work with the best sports productions in the world every day of the week. We deliver thousands of hours of live content every month via our streaming service Viaplay and our traditional linear channels, and it is crucial that the correct information is available to the operational teams.

The Planning team is the central hub for all production information, and we are now looking for a new Junior Production Coordinator to join us and keep delivering quality content. The main responsibility of the team is to collect information about our live transmissions and make sure it’s correct and in the right place. We work both in the long-term, preparing weeks ahead of time, and in the short-term, with daily deadlines. In your role, you will be the link between our editorial teams, operational staff, suppliers and technical teams. We work in an international environment, communicating in both Swedish and English.

The position is full-time and working out of our Stockholm office, with work sometimes occurring during evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates also meet the following requirements:

- Fluent English and basic Swedish language skills
- Curious, structured and have a high stress-threshold


Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:

- Experience from TV production or knowledge of broadcast signals and formats
- Interested in learning new things and working with different tools and systems
