Junior Product Manager - Bewator To the Product Management team at Bewator AB in Solna we are now recruiting a Junior Product Manager for Access Control Systems. Since one and a half year ago Bewator is an affiliated company within the Siemens organisation that possesses the number one market position in the area Access Control and has an assortment range that covers the entire spectra of security products and systems. They manage and market products and systems from single door products up to completely integrated systems. Bewator hosts the global centre of competence for Access Control products in Siemens worldwide. Head quarter is located in Solna and employs approximately 125 people. For more information visit: www.bewator.com/se and www.siemens.se. Arbetsuppgifter You will support the whole product lifecycle for Access Control products in your area of responsibility. The position further implicates e.g. creation of specifications, supervision of documentation, developing management projects of third party suppliers at senior management level and stock management. You support the SBT organisations with product launches or in projects as headquarter expert remotely and on-site. You act according to the following key metrics, revenue, profit, time-to-market, unique-seeling points, customer satisfaction and quality and you will also be responsible for definition and management of cost and R&D budgets. Naturally you keep yourself up to date with the surroundings of your area of responsibility regarding competitors, market demands and trends, technology etc. You report to Head of Product Management. Kvalifikationer och egenskaper Kunskapskrav: - Education: Adequate university level education will be an advantage. - Experience in product management. - Two years of experience in building security or building management industries. - Two years of experience in commercial environment. - Experience from working according to defined processes. - Familiar with methods of business controlling. - Knowledge in usage of quality management systems. - Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g. SAP). - English, fluently spoken and written. - Experience from working in a global, multinational and multicultural environment is desirable.
