Junior Project Administration KYC for client in Stockholm (hybrid)

An exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Administrator to join the Customer Lifecycle Tribe team at one of our prestigious Nordic banking clients. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-5 years of experience in project/program administration within the banking or finance sector, who are adept at managing complex projects with diverse internal and external resources.

The Customer Lifecycle Tribe is at the forefront of managing the bank's master data solutions and customer processes, striving for business development and regulatory compliance while ensuring customer-centric and efficient operations.

As a Project Administrator within the CLMT (Customer Lifecycle Management Tribe) project, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a new system for KYC (Know Your Customer) assessments and establishing a revamped KYC process. Your collaboration with a team of expert Project Managers and Stream leads will be crucial, requiring excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in various project administration tasks including documentation, meeting management, and presentation preparation.
• Organize venues and assist with project planning and financial follow-up.
• Contribute actively to enhancing efficiencies in project execution and administrative processes.

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant experience in the banking and/or finance industry.
• Exceptional project assistant capabilities – highly organized, efficient, responsive, and adept at quick thinking.
• A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards team collaboration.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English languages.
