Junior project Controller/ financial controller

We are now looking for a Junior project Controller with ambitions and growth potential! This position is placed in our office in Stockholm with start in September.

In this position you work as financial controller for project. The work includes project accounting and reporting accordance with our company guidelines.

The work means that you will organize and have the responsibility for the economy in the project from inception to the end of each contract. You will work with the project teams to ensure planning, consistency and cost follow-up.

You will work with tasks such as:
Project related:
-Follow-up actuals on projects compare them to forecast and analyze the data
-Close cooperation with operations/depots to find the root cause for the delta
-Support project manager in preparations for project reviews
Site related:
-Prepare monthly Productivity report, analysis and follow-up

Monthly closing related:
-Participate in monthly closing, forecast and budget
-Cost of non-quality (CONQ) reporting
-Headcount reporting

Financial:
-Hedging administration
-Cash reporting
-Accounts receivables: preparation and booking of invoices
-Follow-up of accounts payable and receivable

For this job you need to have a university degree in Finance or accounting and more than 5 years of experience alternatively a relevant work experience. Fluency in written and spoken English is also a demand, as well as being an advanced user of Excel.

As a person you are thorough, analytical and positive. You are used to work under deadlines that have to be kept, and you are interested in understanding processes and see the whole picture. To be a team player is important, since you will be a back-up for others in the group. You are interested in building relations and network.

In the work you will analyze the execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks. This position reports directly to the Site Controller in Stockholm and to the Project Controller.
