We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP!

What you’ll do
Your primary responsibility is to coordinate competence and lead education by supporting managers to identify and create the right trainings, and by guiding, inspiring, and instigating team members to play an active role in their self-development. Additionally you will be supporting the solution management team. Your role will be unique and you will be the go-to contact for education and trainings subjects, as well as for administrative arrangements at the solution level.
You’ll be an enabler for efficient learning within the teams and act as an interface between Human Resources and competence coordination forums, training platform administrators, managers, team members and internal and external trainers through managing operational Q&A, business unit learning needs, training events arrangements, trainings’ application forms and provide information flow to the business unit regarding learning needs. You will also plan and coordinate meetings, visits and events, travels and other administrative tasks that are within the solution adminscope.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with your own strengths and develop within areas as competence development, education leadership, internal and external communication, improvements of administrative processes and other needs the organization doesn’t know they needed. Do you fit the profile?
You have at least one year of experience as a competence coordinator, business assistant or experience in similar supportive administrative roles. The client would love to see that you are eager to learn, have a proactive approach when solving daily issues and that you never lose your service minded thinking. You are used to work in a high pace and fast changing business, which gives you additional drive and stimulate your sense of urgency, creativity, and curiosity. You have an ability to create trust around you while influencing others with the right mindset and company culture. Further, you are analytical, organized and have a great attention to details. You have the ability to plan and prioritize with a flexible mind-set and with high integrity. Your analytical skills are excellent, and you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. You like to work independently as well as in teams. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, helps you to be efficient and confident at your work and in collaboration with various stakeholders on different levels. Our client wants you to be confident in your profession and transparent in your communication. English is the corporate language, requiring fluent skills both written and orally.

This is a fulltime consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 1 year contract to begin with. Start ASAP!
