Junior Project Coordinator for Global Giant

Are you a high performing junior project manager or project coordinator with a passion for technology and experience in sales support? MultiMind is currently looking for a junior project coordinator/manager who will act as a User Support Coordinator for internal stake holders crossfunctionally and internationally. This is an i nitial 6 month consultancy opportunity for one of our clients in Stockholm.

The role

You would be required to work with a variety of stakeholders across the company from Sales to Retail Operations? to Finance? to Marketing in order to launch new products and technologies with 3rd party partners and the retail store. The focus of your role would be the product availability plan and the ongoing management to that plan via allocation/ongoing planning. You would be the on point for the development, communication, and execution of product demand and supply plans across the? region.





Support Sales Lead to activate marketing/promotional activities ?Support Sales Lead to liaise with and secure approval from internal stakeholders around key commercial contracts Be ?Comfortable in Excel to interpret Sales demands at a micro and macro level, then communicate these trends/insights to the wider team internally. Be ?Comfortable communicationg through projects across many functions in person and over VC to ensure clear communication and alignment across the above functions.



Who we’re after

Minimum BA/BS degree in industrial economics, finance or equivalent Fluency in English Strong analytical skills Strong project management skills Experience in Consumer Electronics, retail and/or telecom is highly preferred Self motivated and takes initiative
