Junior Project Manager

Autodesk Consulting, part of our Global Services Division, is a rapidly growing and strategically critical business unit in Autodesk, ensuring the successful implementation of Industry Solutions to our major Customers in the AEC, Manufacturing and M&E Industries. This increased demand and expanding portfolio of solutions means that we need to continue the growth of the team managing and coordinating the various consulting delivery projects. The Project Specialist/Junior PM is an important role in the Autodesk Consulting EMEA Delivery team to support our Delivery Managers and Strategic Project Managers by providing project management activities for the smaller scale projects and project administration tasks under the supervision of Delivery Manager and Project Managers the project specialist will manage projects which do not require significant domain/technical experience.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Resource Manager, Delivery Manager and/or Project Manager to ensure resource forecasting projections are accurate and current.
Work with the Delivery Manager and Project Managers to produce revenue, professional fees, and resource summary reports
Ensure Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) revenue forecast data is current and accurate.
Track invoices for all projects.
Track deal review status for all proposals.
Track project status projects in Professional Services Automation (PSA) system
Track and manage sub-contracted project-related POs in Ariba.
Under the direction of lead project personnel, potentially participate in testing and user documentation efforts.
Help manage document management and storage on Autodesk Consulting's SharePoint sites.
Raises flags about potential issues with Delivery Manager/Project Manager.
Runs and circulates reports on project status for project team.
Assist Project Manager with preparing presentations on project status.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.


Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:

Languages: English (additional language knowledge is welcome)
Education: BA/BS or equivalent is preferred
Ideally PRINCE 2, PMP ? project management qualification
Proven track record of project management seeing complete lifecycle of the assignment
Hands on experience with: MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office support tools - CRM, PSA, Financial tools
