The GPHE Product Group has global responsibility for manufacturing and supplying Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers. We are approximately 1000 employees working across the globe supporting our customer’s requirements. Our products are sold across all our divisions Energy, Food & Water and Marine.

Who you are

You’re a self-motivated and driven person with the ambition to grow in a role as a project manager and sub-project manager for product development projects. You are organized, structured and service minded with good communication skills.

You have the ability to work cross functional and a high ambition to always achieve project targets and deliverables.

About the job

You will start as project support for New product development (NPD) and Existing product development (EPD) projects, working together with experienced project managers. Few of the main tasks include maintaining and keeping project documentation updated; follow-up with the factories and escalate to the project managers in case of issues.

You will also support in the Engineering change EC process and be responsible for distributing design notifications (DNs) to the factories and to follow-up the DNs in the entire EC process until implemented. You establish good communication with local engineers to secure smooth process flow. As you mature in the role, you will be able to take on the project manager role also.

The position reports to the Project office manager within OD GPHE and is based in Lund.

What you know

We believe you have a M.Sc. degree with little or just a few years work experience. Insight in project management and industrial manufacturing is preferred.

Experience of or knowledge in Teamcenter, Dynamics 365 or Jeeves is an advantage. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
