We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to assist in the Sales Order Management.
BACKGROUND
The Project Management team in one of our biggest and more complex projects at our customer needs support with administrative PM tasks.
TASKS
- Follow up and approve time reports
- Review, follow up and approve invoices
- Answer questions from business navigation regarding invoices, resources, reports etc.
- Resource management
- Keep resource plan up to date
- Secure and keep control over resource contracts. Arrange new or prolong contracts when needed
- Other tasks/questions regarding resources
- Reports
- Cost follow-up
- GPA tracking
- PPI
- KanBan
- Administration work. Print feature cards for all features (template exist) etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Basic competence profile of Project Manager
Business development projects with an IT component
Required consultant information (included in the motivation or in the CV):
- Date of birth
- Place of residence
- Possible start date (2014-XX-XX)
- Minimum one reference (Name, company, contact details and relation to a relevant reference for this combination of consultant and project)

LOCATION:
Helsingborg , Sweden
DURATION:
ASAP ? Sep 2014 + Possible extension (500 h. There is no expectation of overtime or on-call work)
There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
There is some travel required outside the primary working site(s).
