About our company
Elsewhere AB was founded in the late nineties and have over the years developed a wide range of services. During the last couple of years we have been focusing mainly on our software development branch and brand called Smart Source ® and the concept of Smart Sourcing.
Most of our growth has been outside Sweden, and now 80% of our employees are located in India.
Job description
The concept of Smart Sourcing is to provide customer contact and project management locally close to the customer. While having the actual production stationed elsewhere.
Your job will be to assist the senior project managers as they manage the bigger and projects. You will also carry out the project management of running support and maintenance projects.
As a junior project manager at Elsewhere AB
You will manage projects with Scrum concept.
You will help customer to prioritize the backlog.
As our management team in Sweden is small and growing, you will be the backbone of the company.
You will perform product tests.
You will work with both app development projects and web development projects.
Most of your teams will be outside Sweden
Many times, you are not only responsible for identifying project objectives, but ensuring that they’re met.

Basic qualifications
Experience working in Scrum/SAFe
Effective communication skills in English
Creative thinking and vision, with the ability to prioritize
Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work, and challenging problems
Hands-on experience with product management and/or product design with a focus on software products and technologies
Good knowledge of Swedish, speaking and writing
