For our Business Area Europe, as part of the OSS European B2B Aftermarket Sales Team, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the sales organization in reaching these objectives by ensuring we are delivering in our operational and sales business performance, objectives and goals.
The Junior Project Manager role is about an excellent understanding of the sales dynamics both from a central key account and cluster perspective. Your influencing skills and project management experience will drive fast development as we continue on our transformation journey. Supporting the performance aspect of driving sales across all product categories, but with focus on B2B services. Communication and co-ordination with multiple stakeholder groups will be key to success in this role.
This is a full-time position, based in our Global Headquarters office in Stockholm/Stadshagen where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we’re quite happy with the look and feel of the office! You should expect travelling mainly across Europe for approx. 10% of the time when Covid restrictions are lifted
A regular day at work
• Lead cross functional collaboration, being a core member of the team driving transformation in the B2B aftermarket sales channels
• Monitor operational KPIs and create actionable steps to mitigate performance fluctuations
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of your projects impacting sales performance.
• Create and deliver plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement, with a key focus on B2B services
• Develop tools, governance and processes with the cluster sales teams in support of their transformation journey
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities for projects and improvements
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field, such as business or management
- Experience in project management with direct or indirect leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Aftermarket sales, - systems and operations
- Experience in engaging both the business and project teams in order to drive outcomes and results
- Strong business acumen and process improvement experience
