Junior recruiter

In your role / about you

In the role as junior recruiter, you will work with Ali & Maha to support the team with recruitment of engineers within all disciplines of product development. It will be some administrative tasks and coordination of the recruitment processes. It will be a TEAM WORK to find and attract the best and most talented engineers.

The aim of this service is that you will enable the recruitment processes to be driven forward in an efficient manner and together with your colleagues ensure that you reach the company's set goals. This means that you are responsible for booking and coordinating interviews and interviewing, sourcing candidates and keeping the recruitment tool updated.

We place great importance on personal qualities such as: commitment, social, humble, good in managing several activities at the same time but most important taking ownership of the assigned processes and giving the candidates the best possible RECRUITMENT PROCESS based on RESPECT AND GOOD COMMUNICATION.

We think you match several of the following:

• Previous experience from HR/Recruitment work for min 1-3y.
• Linkedin recruit skills or other tools like Demando/Teamtailor/Workbuster.
• Easy to establish contact with new people and building networks both short term but most importantly longterm.
• Flexible as well as having a high level of human awareness
• Stress-resistant, solution-oriented
• Can speak Swedish and English both verbally and in writing
