Junior Reporting Analyst SAP – Stockholm, Sweden

As a Junior Reporting Analyst SAP you will be part of the Electrolux IT Solutions Team and report to the Head of IT Finance Solutions. This role will be one of the key IT touchpoints for the Finance Business organization in Europe, working closely with various stakeholders to help maintain, improve and innovate the IT application landscape for financial analytics in BA Europe (SAP-focused landscape). This means both rolling out new solutions and helping the business organization understand how to leverage the existing technology. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements that you will translate into solutions where problems or opportunities are identified.
To succeed in this role, you need to be keen to learn the financial reporting and analysis processes with an innovative and collaborative mindset. It is expected that the person in this role can work closely with their peers and leads to running and organizing activities required to implement the agreed plan from an IT point of view. A successful candidate should be able to blend both strategic understanding of long-term vision with practical implementation tasks.
A typical day at work:
• Understand the current solution for financial reporting and analysis
• Work with business stakeholders and small and medium-sized IT companies to collect requirements and design new solutions
• Work with programmers to deliver high-quality developments, testing activities and implementations of new solutions
• Ensure the quality, accuracy and completeness of reporting solutions
• Act as a point of contact to help resolve or address the relevant team issues facing the business community with the reporting and analytics solution.
• Provide end-users with training in the use of reporting solutions.
• Maintain documentation for reporting solutions and processes.
• Actively support Finance User Group's initiatives and collaboration by analyzing the requirements for business and IT process improvements

The position requires:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field. You are eager to learn financial reporting solutions.
• 0-2 years of experience as a business analyst or working together on IT projects would be meritorious but it is not mandatory.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills
What will you learn:
• Good understanding of data flows in SAP and SAP analytical tools
• Good understanding of business processes at Electrolux
• IT processes, standards and governance models
• Practical experience with reporting tools such as SAP Business Intelligence, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, Business Objects, SAP Analytics Claud and Power BI.
• Stakeholder management
• Requirements gathering process, effort estimation process, project delivery and implementation process/methods
• Collaboration in a cross-functional and international team

• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 26,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 29,500 gross salary per month.
