Satcube AB is a scaleup working in the SATCOM industry, based in Gothenburg and with production in Karlstad. Consisting of a small but strong team of 30 professionals with 30 years of experience in the business, we are working on revolutionizing the satellite communications industry. The core of the company is our lightweight satellite terminal, capable of providing high speed internet to anylocation on earth. Besides providing critical communication channels and backup infrastructures to the UN, governments and first responders our products enable reporters to broadcast live from all corners of the globe – just to mention a handful of the use cases that you would help us cover.
WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?
You will primarily be working on developing the antenna and high-frequency electronics of our future range of products. Your task involves designing low-loss, high-gain antennas in HFSS. In addition, the work includes designing transceivers in ADS capable of up and down converting the IF signal to RF and amplifying without introducing excessive noise. After simulations are finished, you would prototype, measure, and validate your designs. This work will be carried out together with our experienced engineering team.
Because we are a small team with big visions you are also going to be working together with other colleagues on separate projects, very likely in areas outside of your exact previous experience. We can guarantee that no two days will be the sameand that you will rapidly develop many new skills sets by working with us.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Required experience:
University degree in electrical/antenna engineering, or equivalent
Experience in HFSS and ADS
Interest in high-frequency design
English professional proficiency
Desired experience:
Interest and experience in communication engineering
Interest in space applications
Swedish professional proficiency
