Who are we looking for?
We are looking for high performing and talented individuals with 0-2 years of professional experience. Personal characteristics include a business mindset, excellent communication skills, an analytical way of solving problems and a team oriented way of working. In addition to excellent grades we value international experience, previous work experience as well as other engagements and achievements showing a strong drive, high ambition and passion. Recent graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years professional experience from any relevant area
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or economics/business or equivalent with excellent academic results
