Junior Sales Analyst

Are you passionate about shaping the future of the Savings & Investments business in Swedbank? Are you interested in tracking sales related to funds, equities and other Savings products? We are looking for a Swedish speaking Sales Analyst to help the bank transition to an insight- and data-driven ways of working related to our Savings, Pension, Insurance and advisory business.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Help the organisation to make factual based decisions based on data analyses and follow-up of sales, margins and customer/advisor activity
- Assist in setting leading performance indicators, objectives and key results to help realize our vision
- Work together with the team to drive strategic projects and contribute in relevant fora's to ensure transition towards a data-driven way of working






What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, IT, mathematics, economics, or other relevant fields
- Advanced experience in Excel working with larger data sets
- Permanent residency in Sweden and fluency in Swedish
- Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Microstrategy) is advantageous
- Experience working with SQL queries and larger data sets is advantageous
- General knowledge in data modelling, data analyses and experience in formulating data requirements together with stakeholders
- Ability to package complex data and figures into easily digestible insights that are understandable for diverse senior executives and key stakeholders
- Previous experience working with financial services is advantageous
