Vår klient:
Our client is a global IT-Company with operations all around the world and with its Corporate Headquarters in the US.
We are now seeking to recruit a Junior Sales Controller for an interim assignment of six month and with clear ambition of turning it into a permanent position. The assignment will start as soon as possible. You will be employed in Human Capitals interim team and placed at our clients Swedish Head Office that is located in the center of Stockholm.
Din utmaning:
Take a proactive approach to researching breakdowns in service, process or information flow; resolves issues appropriately and establishes preventative measures.
Promote teamwork and a service-oriented approach in all activities.
Take a proactive approach in coordinating between customers and Sales personnel.
Apply and ensure attention to detail in all matters.
Apply a methodical approach to completing all tasks.
Demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills.
Apply a consistent approach to planning and organizing tasks.
Clearly present information (spoken or written); communicate at various organization levels.
Din bakgrund:
University degree or equivalent with one to two years of experience.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office User.
Experience of working with Oracle.
Experience within logistics.
Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken.
