We are now looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative that is always on the hunt, looking for new business opportunities, comfortable prospecting combined with a strong desire to win. You will assist the Commercial team in generating new leads by identifying, qualifying and driving outreach in the North American and European markets.
As Looklet's next Junior Sales Development Representative, you are at the beginning of your career and you are looking to learn and progress within Sales.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are ambitious, have a proactive team player attitude, and an eye for detail that enables you to think out of the box and try different initiatives based on results.
The main scope of your work will include:
Lead generation: 50%
- Actively seek out companies, identify contacts and engage with prospects to generate initial interest
- Define and customise outreach based on the type of prospect and our latest product developments
- Track progress on research and leads and compile data to inform the rest of the team
Inbound qualification: 25%
- First contact with new prospects coming in from our website to assess and qualify their needs. Keep the team updated through our CRM about initial contact progress
Sales internal processes: 15%
- Keep Sales materials and Portals always updated, alongside our CRM (your best friend!)
- Together with the team, define value proposition for each of our product developments
- Polish, streamline and create new Sales internal processes as well as contributing with ideas for new tools that facilitate prospect engagement and improve on existing procedures
Market intelligence: 10%
- Share insights from your ongoing market research. Monitor news, trends, financial reports, podcast, webinars as well as updates on competitors, new partnership and products
Your profile:
- You are a self-motivated and highly driven team player with a strong focus on international business opportunities and sales, who loves working in a multi-cultural team
- You have a strong sense of ownership and as a goal-oriented person you manage your projects and initiatives from beginning to end
- You have a methodical way of working with strong skills in communication, coordination and project management
You have:
- Proven work experience (1-2 years) of generating and prospecting qualified leads for enterprise solutions
- The ability to write engaging emails and assess business opportunities
- Skills within Microsoft Office and Google Suite and you are open to learning to use new tools
- Full verbal and written proficiency in English
Additional skills that are beneficial:
- Experience working with HubSpot
- Digital native and active on LinkedIn
- Interest and experience within the industry of eCommerce, Fashion & Apparel, Retail and Photography
